For the stronger rider, we picked the parts of the Roe Jan area that make it perfect for cycling. This more challenging ride has rolling hills with some steady steep climbs, but great scenery and an impressive finish. It also includes two segments of the Harlem Valley Rail Trail. We ride north into Hillsdale, apple country and tree farms, with several stunning views of Copake on the return.
Note: This route is fully paved, despite what’s indicated on GPS maps.
Check-in starts 8:30 AM, ride departs 9:30 AM.
